Stretching Thoughts

She feels her body weight drop heavily down into her left hip as she draws in a deep breath filling her diaphragm with air. Her mind traces back over the events of the day and she reflects on the challenges she faced, the conversations she had, and the decisions she made. Had she done enough, could she have done differently today? As she stretches and releases her breath, she becomes more present in the moment, feeling the tightness and tension in her shoulders released. She is now renewed and ready to face whatever comes tomorrow.
